The website www.sansayushiayurveda.com is owned and operated by Sansayushi Ayurved, and its operations are incorporated under Shree VishwaSantosh Ayurved Clinic, Sion, Chunabhatti (E), Mumbai – 400 022. You may be accessing our Site from a computer or mobile phone device (through an iOS or Android application, for example), and these Terms of Use govern your use of our Site and your conduct, regardless of the means of access.

The Platform is only to be used for your personal non-commercial use and information. Your use of the services and features of the Platform shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms of Use") along with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy (together "Policies") as modified and amended from time to time.

If we find a breach or suspected breach of your account security, we may require you to change your password and/or temporarily or permanently suspend your account without any liability to Sansayushi Ayurveda. 4. Product & Services

Sansayushi Ayurveda attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the product on the Platform. However, Sansayushi Ayurveda does not warrant that product descriptions, color, information, or other content on the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

The Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The product pictures are indicative and may not match the actual product.

Sansayushi Ayurveda reserves the right to correct, change or update information, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time (including after an order has been submitted) without prior notice. These errors may also relate to pricing and availability.

5. Product Use & Services

The products and services available on the Platform, and the samples, if any, are for your personal and/or professional use only. They shall not be sold or resold for any commercial reasons.

6. Pricing Information

Sansayushi Ayurved strives to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, errors may occur. The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST but do not include delivery charges. For all orders under INR 450/-, delivery charges apply as per the location.

Sansayushi Ayurved cannot confirm the price of a product until you place an order. If a product/service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a technical error, Sansayushi Ayurveda has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any such orders unless already delivered or availed.

If an item is wrongly priced, Sansayushi Ayurved may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you. Unless delivered, your offer will not be deemed accepted.

In the event Sansayushi Ayurveda accepts your order, payment will be debited and you will be notified via email. If payment is processed and the order is later canceled, the amount will be reversed to your account. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED OR OFFERED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF SANSAYUSHI AYURVED. If a product is unavailable or delayed, your order may be canceled or rescheduled, and you will be notified. Sansayushi Ayurved shall not be liable for any damages due to such delays or cancellations.
